Hennie is not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a qualified avian veterinarian for medical decisions affecting your animals.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service - including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Hennie AI system - are owned by Flockline LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as flock records and photos). By submitting content, you grant Flockline a limited licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FLOCKLINE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE AI GUIDANCE PROVIDED IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOCKLINE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ANIMALS, LOSS OF DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flockline LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at Hennie@flockline.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
